If verification determines underage participation, winnings and accounts may be forfeited and closed.

Account Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Players must not engage in fraudulent, collusive, cheating or other unlawful activity. The following are prohibited and may lead to account suspension or closure:

  • Sharing or transferring an Account or wagering rights to another person.

Deposits, Currencies and Fund Management

Deposits to an Account may be made using approved payment methods. Funds may be held in currencies supported by 1333bet and converted to the Account currency at the prevailing rate. You acknowledge and accept that exchange rate differences may apply to cross-currency deposits and withdrawals.

  • Third-Party Deposits: Deposits must be made from an account or card owned by the Account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited; winnings from such deposits may be forfeited.

Withdrawals and Payouts

  • Wagering and Balances: Withdrawals may be restricted until all wagering requirements are satisfied and any Bonus funds are settled in accordance with Bonus terms.
  • Processing Times: Withdrawals will be processed within a reasonable time frame, typically within two (2) banking days of approval, subject to completion of verification checks.
  • Bonus and Free Spin Prohibition: Funds acquired from Bonuses or Free Spins may be unusable for withdrawal until all applicable conditions are met, including wagering requirements.

Upon termination, existing obligations shall be settled in accordance with these Terms, and the balance of the Account, subject to verification, will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal rules.
