General Bonus Terms and Conditions

These General Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to all promotional offers available to players of 1333bet, including casino bonuses, sports bonuses, no deposit bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins and free bets, and any special offers presented through the Website or on-site notifications. They supplement the overarching 1333bet Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these Bonus Terms govern the promotion.

Definitions

  • Active Bonus means the bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that are currently in effect in a player's account.
  • Bonus Balance is the portion of the player balance comprised of bonus funds, which may be subject to wagering requirements.
  • Wagering Requirements are the number of times the total bonus funds and, where applicable, deposit and bonus amounts must be wagered before any bonus winnings may be withdrawn.
  • Non cashable Bonus means a bonus that, after wagering is completed, cannot be converted into real balance.
  • Promo Period is the time during which a bonus must be wagered and/or used, as stated in the specific offer terms.
  • Territories refer to the geographic regions from which a player may participate in a given promotion, as defined in the offer terms.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

  • Eligibility for bonuses is limited to individual players who have opened and maintained a 1333bet account in good standing. Bonuses are offered to recreational players and are not transferable to other individuals.
  • Each player may participate with a single account. The Company may suspend or close accounts found to operate multiple accounts, use shared devices, or otherwise abuse promotions.

Activation and Scope of Promotions

  • Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of 1333bet. The Company reserves the right to refuse a bonus, to cancel a bonus, or to suspend a player’s ability to participate in promotions at any time and without prior notice where there is suspected abuse or breach of these terms.
  • Deposit bonuses require a funded deposit; no deposit bonuses may be granted only where explicitly stated in the offer terms. Free spins and free bets are subject to specific wagering and usage rules as set out in the promotion terms.
  • Bonuses become part of the player’s Bonus Balance and may be converted to Real Balance only after completing the applicable wagering requirements and any other conditions.

Wagering and Game Contributions

The wagering requirements and game contribution rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. Where multiple terms exist, the offer specific terms prevail.

  • Deposit bonuses: wagering requirements are typically 30 times the combined amount of deposit and bonus, unless a different figure is stated in the offer; winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn only after all wagering requirements are fulfilled.

Bets outside these thresholds may not contribute to wagering and may result in forfeiture of wagered amounts or winnings.

Bonus Duration and Expiry

  • Bonuses remain valid for seven days from the date they are credited, unless the offer terms specify a different period.
  • If wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the promo period, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus may be forfeited.
  • If a bonus is cancelled or consumed, any unused portion may be removed from the Bonus Balance and may affect any remaining wagering requirements.

Withdrawal, Cancellations and Reversals

  • Withdrawing funds while a bonus is active is permitted only after you decide to withdraw the entire bonus balance, the winnings from the bonus, and any wagered amount, in accordance with the offer terms. If a withdrawal is initiated prior to completing wagering, the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited.
  • Bonuses are not transferable between accounts or players, and are not redeemable for cash unless expressly allowed in the offer terms.
  • 1333bet reserves the right to reverse or cancel any bonus, free spins or winnings if there is a suspected error in crediting, or if a promotional activity is found to be abusive or fraudulent.

Irregular Play, Bonus Abuse and Sanctions

1333bet monitors play for irregular or abusive wagering patterns. Irregular play includes, but is not limited to, low margin betting, even money bets on chance games, repeated use of identical wagering patterns, multi-account activity, collusion, and other actions intended to exploit bonuses. If irregular play is detected, the Company may revoke the entitlement to the promotion, forfeit winnings, revoke bonus funds, suspend or close accounts, and take other appropriate actions.

Territories and Compliance

Promotions may be restricted for residents or nationals of certain jurisdictions. The specific country restrictions are stated in the offer terms. In some cases, regulatory or legal constraints may bar participation or withdrawal of bonus winnings, and 1333bet will not be liable for non performance caused by such restrictions.

Promotions Modifications and Termination

1333bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Existing rights to withdraw or to fulfill wagering where applicable shall not be affected by such changes, except where the offer terms expressly state otherwise.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These General Bonus Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 1333bet operates. Any disputes arising from bonus promotions will be resolved in accordance with 1333bet dispute resolution procedures set forth in the Terms and Conditions of the site.

Acceptance

By accepting and participating in any 1333bet bonus offer, you agree to these General Bonus Terms and Conditions in addition to the existing Terms and Conditions of the site. If you do not agree, do not participate in the promotion.
